2023 Workforce State of Mind Report
In January 2023, we surveyed the fitness and active leisure workforce for the third time to explore both individual and organisational perspectives and experiences of workplace mental health - the only nation-wide research of its kind in the sector. We heard from 918 individuals and 68 organisations across a broad range of contexts.
For the third year running, we see consistent levels of mental distress reported. We also see a general decline in employers' focus and action around workplace mental health and safety. The good news is that pockets of good practice are emerging. Download and read the report to learn more and how to take action.
